| The participant must notify CPA Crossings within 24 hours of the scheduled class via phone at (877) 370-2220 or by email. CPA Crossings will refund 100% of the participant’s money if they cancel within 24 hours of the class. The refund check will be sent to the participant a minimum of 4 weeks after the cancellation notification. If the participant notifies of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice than they may either reschedule the class, or seek a refund, in which case they would receive 75% of their amount paid for the class within 4 weeks of cancellation notification. |
