	Dan Chenoweth, MBA, CPA Dan Chenoweth helps his clients take their strategy to the bottom line through rigorous project management and change management techniques. He has held executive-level positions in general management, accounting, and finance in a number of industries including telecommunications, printing, & publishing, heavy equipment manufacturing, and apparel manufacturing. Dan lives in Loveland, Colorado and is a former board member of the Colorado Society of CPAs.
	David T. Daly, Sr., MNA, JD David is a Plymouth, Michigan based attorney who specializes in international joint ventures and licensing agreements. His experience includes 10 years as an in-house lawyer for Chrysler and Daimler Chrysler and eight years as Commercial Director at Durr Systems, Inc. David has drafted and negotiated major deals in Europe, Asia, and North and South America. He has authored several articles providing tips for lawyers on how to draft plain-English contracts.
	Diane White, MBA, CPA, CMA Diane is a Beaufort, SC-based finance and accounting consultant with 36 years of control and business leadership expertise in both for-profit and non-profit entities. Diane is presently CFO for Workforce Resource, a nationwide technology service provider to the mortgage finance industry - a role she has occupied since their founding in 2008. She previously held senior finance and control positions with Freddie Mac and Wachovia Corporation and served as CFO for trade association, student lending, and educational services non-profits.
	Jay Giannantonio, MS, CPA/CGMA, CIA Jay is a management consultant specializing in internal audit, risk management, finance process improvement, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance issues. His professional experience includes long stays at Coopers & Lybrand, Verizon/Bell Atlantic and KPMG in a professional career that began in 1980. Jay is a discussion leader for Executive Education, where he focuses on accounting and fraud topics. He is a member of the AICPA's Forensic and Valuation Services (FVS) section. Jay lives in the Philadelphia area.
	John F. Levy, MBA, CPA John is a CPA with nine years of experience with large international public accounting firms. He is the CEO of Board Advisory Services, a consulting firm that assists public companies, or companies aspiring to be public, with corporate governance, compliance, financial reporting and financial strategies. He has served as CFO of both public and private companies. Mr. Levy currently serves on the Board of Directors of three public companies, including as chairman of one company and lead director of another.
	John L. Daly, MBA, CPA, CMA, CPIM John is a Chelsea, Michigan based management consultant specializing in costing, pricing strategy and pricing model development. He has taught continuing professional education courses since 1995. Earlier in his career, John was Chief Financial Officer for a Tier 1 automotive parts supplier. He also has been CFO for a large restaurant chain and COO for a window treatments manufacturer and retailing chain. He is author of Pricing for Profitability, published by Wiley & Sons, Inc.

Steve is president of Federal Tax Workshops in East Lansing, Michigan. For the past 38 years, this organization has prepared and presented CPE materials for accountants and attorneys throughout the country. He is nationally know for his knowledge of the financial, accounting, and tax problems of the closely held business and individual taxpayers and has published numerous articles on these topics.

In addition, Steve is a professor of accounting at Michigan State University, where he teaches tax accounting and has recently received two teaching awards.
